What Is Rolfing?

Rolfing is a specialized method of bodywork aimed at improving posture, relieving pain, and enhancing overall mobility. Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf in the mid-20th century, this approach focuses on realigning the body by working on the connective tissue, also known as fascia.
